At Jerry's, we understand that you care how your information is used and shared. We couldn't agree more! We safeguard your personal identifiable information and will not share it with anyone!


Order Processing Policy

· To order online, click "Shop Our Store" or https://store.houston-jerrys.com.


· If you need assistance with your order, visit our store's Customer Care Center or call the store at (832-237-6070).

· Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. 

· For phone orders, you may call Jerry's Artarama of Houston to order with your item number, name and email address. Please specify that your order is for pick-up when you call us. (832-237-6070)

· We will accommodate your order to the best of our ability, but in most cases, all orders are limited to stock on hand.


In-Store Pickup Policy


· Please allow 24-48 hours for your order of $10+ to be available to pickup in-store.

· We're happy to hold the order for you in the store for up to 21 days, if you've placed an order for in-store pickup.

· If you're unable to pickup your order by this time, we'll be forced to cancel your order. Payment will be refunded the same it was processed, however a restocking fee of 25% will apply.

· You may place orders for in-store pickup at any time through our website, or by calling the store at 832-237-6070.


Returns Policy

· If you decide for whatever reason to return the product you ordered, bring or send it back to the store for a full merchandise refund! Please call us before you send the item back with your order information.(832-237-6070)

· Refunds are issued the same way the payment was processed, within 60 daysAfter 60 days? No problem - please enjoy store credit!
